How do we use uploaded data (images)?
All uploaded images are secure and will be dealt with confidentially, data will be transferred with SSL/TLS- encrypted and only used to perform requested image processing. A share or publish of information to any third parties are prohibited. Any uploaded images, processed or non-processed will be deleted automatically. However, usage statistics (without images) will be stored for customer relationship purposes only in case you need to speak to us.
How Do We Process Your Photos?
We leverage advanced artificial intelligence technology at multiple stages of creating mosaic collages, including enhancing the quality and cropping each individual photo.
We partner with a trusted cloud service provider, specifically Amazon Web Services, to process and edit your photos. Our operation utilizes secure servers to generate collages from your photos, ensuring that files are not stored after use; the final results are uploaded to Amazon Web Services.
During the collage generation process, photos are temporarily cached on cloud servers and computational servers. Your photos and collages remain in the cloud only while you are actively working on them. Once a collage or project is deleted, all associated photos are removed within 12 hours.
Collages that have been created but not unlocked for download are automatically deleted after 30 days, even if you have not manually deleted them.
We assure you that your photos are only used for transforming them into a photo collage or for creating a video montage if requested by you. The creation of a video montage is initiated solely at your request.
Access to your files
All files that you upload through the service are stored encrypted in cloud storage. Access to these files is provided exclusively to you. In exceptional cases, our quality control department may initiate access to the files solely to improve the algorithms and technology of creating a collage. We do not transfer or share your files with third parties. We respect and appreciate your trust and take all necessary steps to ensure that your files are protected.
Advanced Support
You can contact us via email or online chat on the website to obtain paid advanced support. The prices for such support are presented on the page for purchasing credits for the service. Support prices may vary depending on the complexity of the work and are agreed upon in advance. You have the right to refuse support at any time and request a refund of the support credits to your credits account on the service if you can prove that this support did not help you.
Your Request for Advanced Support
You can contact us for help to improve the main photo, create a collage with special parameters, or make manual modifications to the collage. When you contact support, you give permission to access and change your files. You also give permission for our design team to edit files manually. After the changes are agreed upon, or after 5 days from contacting support, all temporary files are deleted. You can be assured of the privacy and protection of your files. We follow all necessary protocols to protect your files.
Video Creation
To create a video clip of how a mosaic collage is created, you need to contact support and then pay for this part of the work. The rates for creating a video are listed on the credit payment page in the service. You can refuse the video if you justify and explain that you did not like it. At the approval stage, you are provided with a video with a watermark. If you approve the created video, we will provide the same video without watermarks. After approving the video and receiving the file without watermarks, we do not refund the payment if you change your mind or decide to refuse the order. Creating a video can take from 24 hours to 7 days depending on the workload, complexity, and resolution. If you are not satisfied with the time frame for creating the video, you can refuse this service at any time.

You have the right to delete all collage projects and photos yourself. To do this, go to the main page of your account and click on the delete icon in the form of a trash can on the right. Your collage project is marked in the system for deletion and all files and collages will be deleted automatically within 12 hours.
